PUT-IN-BAY PUBLIC DOCKAGE INFORMATION

Put-in-Bay's downtown public marina has three large docks. The Village of Put-in-Bay leases dock space on A and C docks. DeRivera Park, where the village's bathhouse is located, leases docking space on B Dock. The DeRivera Park Trust use the revenue from B Dock for the maintenance of the park area downtown.

All three public marina docks have mandatory rafting rules and watercraft may be required to raft off up to four vessels abreast.

Daily Rates: $1.40 per foot.

Charges are as follows for DeRivera Park (B Dock)
Daily Rate: $1.40 per foot weekdays, $1.40 per foot weekends.
Check out is at 11 am. Boats can begin docking at 8 am if dockage is available. Dockage is from the time the boat is docked until 11 am the following day. Mandatory rafting.

Docks at Oak Point State ParkOak Point State Park on Peach Point also offers public dockage. Dockage is paid on an honor's system. All boaters must register immediately after docking. Rates are for the full time or any part thereof.

PRIVATE DOCKAGE INFORMATION

Three marinas, the Put-in-Bay Yacht Club and the Put-in-Bay Township Port Authorities Mooring Buoys also offer dockage to boaters. Most do not accept reservations and availability is on a first come basis. Please contact the marina owner directly for more information.

Boardwalk Dock: Located at the Boardwalk adjacent to the public marina. The Boardwalk offers dockage to its members first. Non-members may be able to dock when there is space. Up to 33 feet. Monitor channel 10. Reservations during the week. No reservation taken for weekends.

Fox's Dock (Duggan's Marina): Located at the downtown dock shared by the Jet Express island terminal. Duggan's Marina accepts reservations & secures dockage with a credit card. 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends and 2 night minimum on all other weekends. Mandatory rafting on Friday and Saturday. 30 amp service available. Tokens for a discount on Island Bike Rental's bicycles and golf carts. Complimentary donuts on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Put-in-Bay Mooring Buoys: 81 mooring buoys inMooring Buoys in Put-in-Bay Harbor. the downtown harbor are maintained by the Put-in-Bay Township Port Authority and are available for rent to watercraft 52 feet and under for $27 per day during the week and $35 per day on the weekend. The Boardwalk Water Taxi (see below) provides unlimited shuttle service between the buoys and the Boardwalk dock.

Harbor Taxi: The Boardwalk Harbor Taxi provides shuttle service between the mooring buoys and the Doller Dock (Boardwalk). Water taxi hours are 8 am to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 7 am to 1 am on Friday and Saturday. Call 419-285-6183. No tours. Monitoring channel 10.

Public Bathhouse: The village operates a public Public Bathhouse for boaters and visitors at Put-in-Bay.bathhouse with restroom and shower facilities in DeRivera Park across from the downtown harbor and public marina. Be sure to bring quarters for the shower. DeRivera Park office is also located within the facility. Call 419-285-2076.

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP ACCESS

Put-in-Bay is a favorite starting point for many boat fishermen who bring their watercraft to the island in the spring and fall so they are close to the action. Miller Boat Line is the only ferry service that hauls vehicles.
